		<description>Good post, Jane. I agree that too many search marketing consultants treat their knowledge as state secrets when they ought to be teaching their clients how to do it themselves. Rather than thinking about doing themselves out of a job, what I think they&#039;d find is that they&#039;d be more trusted by their customers and get recommended so that their business increases even more. I&#039;m hoping that  this new breed of search consultant as teacher will continue to grow.</description>
