OM4Tourism Hidden Jewel Awards: Terms & Conditions

The OM4Tourism Hidden Jewel Awards are open to small tourism businesses operating in Australia.

To be eligible, entries must comply with criteria stated in our How to Enter section on the Hidden Jewel web page, and must be submitted by the competition entry page no later than midnight EST on 21 November 2009.

Each entrant may submit one entry only.

Your contact details will not be sold or otherwise shared with others for purposes other than the administration and judging of the competition.

Any information and images submitted to OM4Tourism by entrants relating to their business, or supplied in their publicity materials, including website, brochures and any other material available to the trade or general public, may be used in promotional material and editorial relating to the OM4Tourism Hidden Jewel Awards.

The judges’ decision is final. We are unable to enter into correspondence regarding those decisions.

Winning entrants will be informed by phone no later than 30 November 2009.

The list of winners will be published on the OM4Tourism website (om4tourism.com) and made available to the general press immediately after the winners have been informed.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
